Additional Expenses:
Semi-annual meeting expenses and traditional
first night dinner expenses are divided equally* between
all members regardless of whether or
not the company was represented at the meeting.

Semi-annual meeting expenses and traditional
first night dinner expenses are shared with Research
Associate members only* if
represented at the meeting.
***As a courtesy to Associate Members,
there will be no additional invoice expenses for “Headquarters
Office Activity (Personnel/Operating/SPRAYTIME**),
Scholarship, Trade Show Participation”, and
“Other (Website, special events, etc.)”
Dues
are invoiced on a semi-annual basis. Dollars are United
States Funds.
*Associate Members are exempt from these
expenses if no representative attends the meeting
**All related SPRAYTIME costs (including applicable percentage
of personnel/operating costs) are shared equally by the ASM
Thermal Spray Society and the International Thermal Spray
Association
***Although Associate Members are exempt from additional expenses,
the International Thermal Spray Association will negotiate
with each entity for matching in-kind contribution (i.e. ITSA
logo use; reference to ITSA on website; ITSA brochures on
site; ITSA Scholarship recognition, etc.)
